How Do I Invoice a Lease in Texas?
To invoice an apartment community, etc for a lease in Texas, you’ll typically need to provide the following documents to the paying party:
- A Copy of Your Sponsoring Broker’s License
- A Completed W9 Form
- An Invoice for the Amount Owed
Once you’ve got those three thing you will want to send to the accounting department of the company/organization you are billing.
