Our goal is to train each individual correctly, the first time, so they retain good habits as an agent. 

Each new agent who joins our mentorship program starts on a 70/30 commission split. After processing deal and gaining experience as an agent, agents can segment into our 100% commission plans and take control of their business! More Info

Work Virtually With a Mentor

Most of our mentorship team is located across Austin, San Antonio & Dallas, but this doesn’t stop your mentor from working with you directly regardless of your location. You mentor will work to help you remotely if needed!

Mentorship Program Overview

Our mentorship program consists of an 8-part guide that serves to build you into an agent that is confident in their ability to work a transaction and all that comes with it! 

Part 1 – START

The beginning of the program serves as an orientation for new agents to get familiar with their new coworkers, tools, access and surroundings.

On Day 1, we give you a first look at what the program consists of and outlines the material you’ll be reviewing during the program.

Part 2 – INVEST

During the Invest stage, we have developed a 4-week onboarding with a stair step approach. Each class will reference the last giving you time to build your knowledge.

All information is connected and helps for maximum retention. We avoid the information dump giving you a chance to implement as you learn and not feeling overwhelmed. You will build out your business plan and as a new business owner we put you in the drivers seat to take control of your schedule and finances.

Part 3 – LEVERAGE

During this period of the program, agents will deep dive into extensive social media training and how to leverage your sphere to generate leads daily at no cost to you!

Part 4 – DIAL IN

Connect with our family of 600+ agents across Texas. We provide many ways to make our big company feel like your community. Weekly online meetings, city meetups, online groups and more! Our agents will often team up to host open houses or tackle marketing together.

Part 5 – PORTAL

We provide an online library of videos and forms to walk you through various scenarios.  Our broker and team has been building this library over the years. 

This resource is always available for you to review and refresh your memory on a topic!

Part 6 – GO!

Go time! You have now been given the tools to succeed. You will focus during “Go” time will be to implement what you’ve learned. Your focus will be on building your business. During this phase you will focus on posting, ads and pushing your marketing to your various social media profiles. Your mentor will also offer guidance on tasks that will be a better use of your time, effort and energy keeping you on the right path.

Go time! You have now been given the tools to succeed. You will focus during “Go” time will be to implement what you’ve learned. Your focus will be on building your business. During this phase you will focus on posting, ads and pushing your marketing to your various social media profiles. Your mentor will also offer guidance on tasks that will be a better use of your time, effort and energy keeping you on the right path.
